The presentations library allows you to create, rename, and delete your mmhmm presentations. In addition, the presentations library in mmhmm Studio gives you further control, such as recovering deleted presentations, importing mmhmm archive files, and managing legacy recordings. Read below to learn more.

Presentations library

mmhmm desktop and web mmhmm Studio

Click the Slides tab on the top left-hand side of mmhmm. Then, scroll down to the "Presentations" in the sidebar to access your presentations. 

Note: You can access the presentations created in mmhmm for Mac but cannot access any recorded takes associated with those presentations.

Click the purple + button to create a new presentation.

Right click on a presentation to Rename or Delete it.

Rename your presentation

Click the Slides tab on the top left-hand side of mmhmm. Then, scroll down to the "Presentations" in the sidebar to access your presentations. Then, right click on a presentation and click Rename to rename it.

Delete a presentation

Right click on a presentation to Rename or Delete it.

Recover a deleted presentation

Note: Recovering deleted presentations is currently only possible in mmhmm Studio. 

To recover a deleted presentation from the trash, click on Trash on the upper left-hand side of the Presentation library.

Select your desired presentation and click Restore on the bottom right-hand side of the window to restore it.

Import mmhmm archive files

Note: Importing mmhmm archive files is currently only possible in mmhmm Studio. 

At the bottom left-hand side of the Presentation library, you will find the option to Import mmhmm archive files, or to create a new mmhmm presentation from a Keynote, PowerPoint, or PDF file.

Manage legacy recordings

Note: Managing legacy recordings is currently only possible in mmhmm Studio. 

At the bottom left-hand side of the Presentation library, you will find the option to Manage Legacy Recordings. Click on it to manage any presentations you’ve recorded before mmhmm 2.1 for Mac.
