How to start a call
Note: To start a call on mmhmm for web, you must have an mmhmm account. Click here to sign up for one.
- Navigate to mmhmm for web and sign in. Then, on the top of the window, click on “Start a call”. This will open a session in a new tab.
- Give your call a name. Then, click "Start Call Now" if you want to immediately start the call, or choose "Create Call Link" to share the link with others to join in the future.
Note: Anyone with the link can join your call.
Inviting people to the call
If you need to invite others to your call after the call has started, click on the "Invite" icon at the top of the screen. Then copy the link and share it with your invitees.
Admitting people into the call
Anyone who has the link to your call can join. You will see a notification to either admit or deny entry if they join the call without signing into mmhmm.
Note: If they are a part of the same mmhmm for Teams subscription, they will be automatically admitted into the call.
Recording your call
You can record the call by clicking the "Record" on the bottom right-hand side of the call. Your participants will receive a message letting them know that the call is being recorded. Click here to learn more about recording on mmhmm.
