Download or share your video

After you've recorded, edited, and published your video, you can download it or share it with others directly on the mmhmm platform.

Download your video

1. In your web browser, go to ooo.mmhmm.app/videos.
2. Hover over the video you want to download.
3. Click the ⋯ menu and select Download video file. The video will be saved to your device as an MP4 file.
   
   

Share your video

1. In your web browser, go to ooo.mmhmm.app/videos.
2. Hover over the video you want to share.
3. In the Status column, click Share.
   
   
   
   
4. In the Share video window, you can set your video access, add channels and people, create a custom link, or copy the video link to share with others.
   
   
   
   
   • Set video access: In the top setting, click and choose from the following:
     • Restricted: Allow only specific people to watch the video.
     • [My Organization] (mmhmm for Teams only): Allow anyone in your organization to watch the video.
     • Public: Allow anyone with the link to watch your video.
   • Add channels and people: In the Add channels, people, and emails text box, enter the channel(s) (mmhmm for Teams only) and people you want to give access to the video. Then, choose their access level:
     • Edit: Can edit the video title and description, and watch and comment on the video.
     • Watch & comment: Can watch and comment on the video.
     • Watch: Can watch the video.
   • Create custom link: Click + Create a custom link. Each custom link you create is unique and will show engagement specific to that link, such as the number of times the video was viewed.
     Note: Your video access must be set to Public to create a custom link.
   • Copy video link: Click Copy link to share the link more broadly outside mmhmm.
