Request a refund for your mmhmm for Teams account

Follow the steps below to learn how to request a refund for your mmhmm for Teams account. 

Note:  Full or partial refunds may be available as stated in our mmhmm for Teams Agreement. Additionally, mmhmm reserves the right to issue refunds or credits at its sole discretion.
  1. Log into your Teams' Admin console.
  2. Click on "Billing" in the menu on the left-hand side of the page, which will take you to the "Billing" page.


  3. Click on “Request a refund” next to the "Invoices" header. 


  4. This will take you to a new page where you can submit a request for a refund.
