Follow the steps below to learn how to request a refund for your mmhmm for Teams account.
Note: Full or partial refunds may be available as stated in our mmhmm for Teams Agreement. Additionally, mmhmm reserves the right to issue refunds or credits at its sole discretion.
- Log into your Teams' Admin console.
- Click on "Billing" in the menu on the left-hand side of the page, which will take you to the "Billing" page.
- Click on “Request a refund” next to the "Invoices" header.
- This will take you to a new page where you can submit a request for a refund.
