About subprocessors 

A subprocessor is a third party data processor engaged by mmhmm, who has or potentially will have access to or process customer data, which may contain personal data. 

mmhmm performs diligence to evaluate the security, privacy and confidentiality practices of subprocessors prior to engagement, and executes an agreement with applicable obligations.
