Why am I not receiving password reset emails?

There may be a couple of reasons why you have yet to receive a password reset email after resetting your password. 

Make sure you have access to your email

If you used an email address you don't have access to anymore to create an mmhmm account, you wouldn't be able to obtain access to the password reset email we sent you. 

If this happens to be the case, please get in touch with us at help@mmhmm.app

Make sure your mmhmm account is active

If you deactivate your mmhmm account, you won't be able to receive a password reset email. 

If this happens to be the case, please get in touch with us at help@mmhmm.app

Your email domain may be blocking our emails

Unblock our password reset emails by doing the following:

  1. Check your spam folder.
  2. If you do not see the email, please add team@mmhmm.app to your contact list.
  3. Request another password reset email.
  4. Check your inbox for the password reset.

You may have entered the wrong email address

When you enter an email address on the password reset page, the following page is displayed whether or not you entered the correct email address. Therefore, to protect your account's security, we cannot confirm whether or not the email address you entered is registered with our system.

  • Try using another email address that the account might be associated with.
  • Reach out to us if you need help confirming whether or not you have an active mmhmm account associated with your email address.
