Why am I not receiving password reset emails?

There may be a couple of reasons why you haven't received a password reset email after resetting your password. 

Make sure you have access to your email

If you used an email address you don't have access to anymore to create an mmhmm account, you wouldn't be able to obtain access to the password reset email that we sent you. 

If this happens to be the case, please contact us at help@mmhmm.app

Your domain may be blocking our emails

Unblock our password reset emails by doing the following:

  1. Check your spam folder.
  2. If you do not see the email, please add team@mmhmm.app to your contact list.
  3. Request another password reset email.
  4. Check your inbox for the password reset.
