Follow the steps below to add, edit, or remove custom rooms for your organization.

How to add a custom room
- To add a custom room for your organization, log into your business's Admin console.
- Select "Custom rooms" in the menu on the left-hand side of the page.
- Select "CREATE NEW" on the right-hand side of the page to add a custom room.
- In the window that appears, click on "Add an image or video" to select a custom room to upload. Set a "Room name" and "Room description" in the boxes below to identify what your custom room will appear as in mmhmm. Then click "SAVE" to upload the room.
- This room will appear in the mmhmm rooms catalog for any member belonging to your Teams account. Click here to learn more on how to set your room in mmhmm.
How to edit or remove a custom room
- To edit or remove a custom room for your organization, log into your Team's Admin console.
- Select "Custom rooms" in the menu on the left-hand side of the page.
- Select "Edit" for the room you would like to edit or remove.
- In the window that appears, click on "DELETE ROOM" on the bottom left-hand side to remove that room.
- This room will be removed from the mmhmm rooms catalog for any member belonging to your Teams account.
