Manage your mmhmm account subscription, including changing your billing cycle, canceling your subscription, changing payment method, requesting a refund, viewing payment history and tax ID.
Account subscription page
- In a web browser, navigate to ooo.mmhmm.app/account and log in with your mmhmm credentials.
- Once logged in, click Subscription on the left-hand side to expand its menu and bring you to the Subscriptions page. You will not see this option if you are an mmhmm for Teams member.
This page give you access to the following actions:
- Change your subscription billing cycle
- Cancel your subscription
- Update your payment method
- Access your payment history
- Update your tax ID and billing address
Change billing cycle
To manage your mmhmm subscription billing cycle, first click the Manage button on the right-hand side of the page or click Subscription plan in the Subscription drop-down menu on the left-hand side of the page.
On the next page, choose between monthly and annual billing cycles by selecting your desired billing cycle radio button and clicking Save.
A confirmation pop-up will appear at the bottom of the page letting you know that you successfully updated your billing cycle preferences.
Cancel your mmhmm subscription
Note: Canceling your subscription will turn off auto-renewal. You will still have access to your subscription until the date indicated on the subscription page. Furthermore, canceling your subscription will not delete your mmhmm account. To learn how to delete your account, click here. mmhmm for Teams subscriptions can only be canceled by mmhmm for Teams owners.
To cancel your mmhmm subscription, first click the Manage button on the right-hand side of the page or click Subscription plan in the Subscription drop-down menu on the left-hand side of the page.
On the next page, select Cancel subscription.
In the window that appears, click Continue. You may optionally add a reason for canceling by selecting one from the drop-down menu.
A confirmation pop-up will appear at the bottom of the page letting you know that you successfully canceled your account.
Your subscription plan page should reflect that you have a non-renewing subscription. If you would like to resubscribe, click Resubscribe.
Change payment method
To manage your mmhmm subscription billing cycle, first click the Edit button on the right-hand side of the page next to the "Payment method" header, or click Payment method in the Subscription drop-down menu on the left-hand side of the page.
On the next page, enter the details of the card you want use to pay for mmhmm. Then, click Save.
A confirmation pop-up will appear at the bottom of the page letting you know that you successfully updated your payment method.
View payment history (or request refund)
View your payment history, download invoices, or request a refund by clicking on the respective buttons, highlighted below.
View all or Subscription plan - Click either button to view your full subscription payment history. | |
Invoices - View your most recent subscription payment history, including ID, date, and amount paid. | |
Request a refund - Contact us to request a refund for your past mmhmm subscription payment. | |
PDF - Download a PDF of an invoice (receipt.) |
Update tax ID and billing address
To add a Tax ID or billing address to your invoices, first click the Address and Tax ID button in the Subscription drop-down menu on the left-hand side of the page.
On the next page, enter your Tax ID or billing address in their respective boxes and click Save.
